  Horrible customer service. We are at the drive thru. I have a group of teenagers in the car with me ordering. Once they ordered theirs together my youngest that rode with me asked for a burger so I asked can I make another order. She stated I would have to go back in the line. I was confused because it was not packed just my car and another one. Of course I just drove around without ordering and complained. She didn't speak clear English and got the manager who was completely unprofessional and rude. I could see if there was a long line so I feel they were just being petty. The manager stated that we were petty cause if we are in the car together we should have each other back and order together. SMH there has to managers that are professional even in fast food. My children always ask why I hate going to McDonald's. Perfect example of why.

  I don't expect too much from McDonald's in the 1st place so I go in with already low standards. I ordered through the drive through a big mac meal & the girl put that I wanted it without cheese. I told her, no that isn't correct, I do want cheese. So she fixed the error. Once I opened the bag I could clearly see the ticket said No Cheese. I checked to make sure and there was in fact no cheese. Not a huge deal just a minor inconvenience. I don't eat fast food very often and when I do, like I said before I don't have high expectations. I went inside and they gave the corrected order and apologized. Also, I should note that the fries were very fresh and I appreciate that.
