  I had originally given this Kroger four stars as a fairly good supermarket. I decided to raise my rating to five given the exceptionally good service I got from the staff, going out of their way to help me find what I was looking for and making sure I got the best option. It was a pleasure shopping there.

  Customer service was terrible. I grabbed some chicken breast. Went to self check out and noticed it didn't have a bar code. Asked for help and was told "Oh, you have to go to produce and ask for a label." And then she began helping someone else. So I'm supposed to just leave everything I began to check out with a line behind me to get the label? Terrible.

  Great prices and clean. I get a lot of discounts from the Kroger app which is very convenient.
