  re customer who did not get service at drive through,kays tea parlour does not have a drive through.There are shops either side of her,wrong place,and she does not serve chicken nuggets,go to Mcdonalds

  Love this place! Service, food and especially the tea is great. Good place to bring your friends, or just enjoy a tea with a good book. Atmosphere and decor are charming.

  I went here and ordered a 25 piece chicken nugget meal, and the cashier working at the drive thru didn't even take my order. I waited 75 minutes and my order still wasn't taken at the drive thru. I came here to enjoy a good American meal with my grandparents from Bangladesh, but I got nothing but problems from Kay's. Either start serving your customers at the drive thru, or just uninstall the drive thru from the establishment. Pathetic
