With unprofessional guy ( Emilio) working on the express lane. First I went to the cash register requesting to help me out.
He said kind of busy. I said it's Kk!! And I went to machine to start scanning it..
Because it was 15 gallons of milk.
It says 'wait for the attendant' for twice.
Just keep waiting.. he did not show up or not Even eye contact. He continues ignore & working with coupons.. seems he don't care. Then i did canceled the order.
After report to the manager, Manager is explaining me to scan all the milk.
I'm the customer for H-E-B for 8 years..
now I'm not gonna come here anymore.
