  It's one thing if the drive thru equipment isn't working. I get it. It's likely not the local employees' fault. However when the grease is old it's the manager's responsibility to recognize it and either have it filtered or replaced. There's no excuse for serving cold greasy french fries that have been burnt by old oil. There's also no excuse for not salting the french fries. Hopefully next time it will be better. Also the drink mix:carbonated water ratio is off and it took 4 minutes for anyone to answer the phone when I called. No offer was made to take my name. I had no intention of spending another 13 minutes on site with the problems they were having.

  I'm in the drive thru line right now and as soon as my husband began to explain that we had a coupon, the girl taking our order cut him off and said "Yeah I know, just tell me the coupon number." Really?! This is the way you speak to your customers? And the person at the drive thru window hasn't said a word to us, just took the credit card and handed over the food. My husband even said thank you, and received no reply. I guess we're definitely not wanted here. I'm so glad we don't come here often. We decided to just eat here since we haven't in years. Will be the first and last time. Burger King, please find employees who want to provide some decent customer service.

  Constantly dissapointed by the quality of the food here. Gotten sick from eating it a few times and this last time there was a stretchy stringly thing inside the meat patty. It was either a piece of sinew or part of a worm. IDK it grossed me out so bad I couldn't finish my food.
