Last time we went was for a Togo order it took ONE HOUR and 15 minutes just to make a chicken sandwich ,chips&queso, and a chicken salad. When they finally had it ready to go everything was wrong. They acted like it was OUR FAULT because we had a special request of no onions in the salad. This was the third time in a row we have had a bad experience here. We use to eat here once a week, then stopped going because of how bad they have gotten. Now we drive out of our way to a different bdubs just to get better service. This place needs a whole new staff!!February 08, 2017
